A conference was held in SIP on July 11 for the purpose of enhancing support for businesses to go global. Leaders of related authorities and companies participated.

At the event, the official from SIP Bureau of Commerce gave the participants a detailed account of a series of visits SIP’s delegations had made to foreign countries to seek cooperation, and also the bureau’s future work plans. The participants then exchanged information and opinions on efforts in helping businesses in SIP explore overseas markets.

A set of measures were specified to discover quality products and services and recommend them on and off line, facilitate cooperation with international organizations in helping businesses in SIP expand their presence in international expos, increase imports, and help businesses overcome challenges in the process of pursuing overseas development, such as cultural differences and issues associated with legal compliance and intellectual property rights.
