Sometimes, the smallest gestures hold the greatest love. The small food sharing station beside the entrance of the Baitang Arboretum in SIP can prove.

Unlike a supermarket or convenience store, the food sharing station is full of a variety of donated food products that were once used as samples by inspection agencies. They have all passed quality checks.
Among them are snacks for children living in difficult circumstances, essential food ingredients such as rice and flour for nursing homes and needy seniors, and supplies for families facing difficulties and inconvenience in travel.

SIP Market Supervision Bureau organizes a campaign on a quarterly basis for local food inspection agencies to donate such samples. So far this year, food products worth about RMB29,200 have been donated.
