The latest session of the BioMatch Series, a program initiated by the Regional University-Industry Technology Transfer Center for Biopharmaceuticals (Suzhou, Jiangsu) for the purpose of promoting transfer and transformation of biomedical technologies from universities, was held at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM) on Sept 19.

At the event, the center and the university signed an agreement to launch cooperation in setting a benchmark for commercialization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research outcomes.

The center gave the participants a specific introduction to its services for transfer and transformation of biotech research findings.

In the following roadshow, eight projects from higher education institutions and hospitals, featuring remarkable achievements in research on TCM preparations, TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment and medicative food products, were presented. A team of experts from hospitals, enterprises and investment organizations offered advice on commercialization of these projects.
