SIP People’s Congress Working Committee conducted a survey on Sept 18 with the aim of helping promote high-quality development of childcare services across SIP. A number of local people’s congress deputies and CPPCC committee members participated.

The survey team visited a daycare center for children and a kindergarten, learning about their operation modes, staffing, curriculums and routine safety management.

At the later symposium, the leaders of related local authorities including SIP Health Commission and Education Bureau made reports on childcare services in SIP, and the members of the survey team offered suggestions on improvements in management systems, staff training and other aspects.
