The government of Suzhou announced the results of its 2025 comprehensive assessment for high-quality development on Feb 24. The county-level cities of Changshu and Kunshan, Wujiang District and SIP tied for the first place. This is the eighth time that SIP won this place.

The achievement stems from SIP’s adherence to the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability, and full and accurate implementation of its innovative development philosophies.

In 2025, SIP achieved significant progress in driving economic growth, facilitating foreign trade, attracting and supporting talents, promoting industrial upgrading, and improving residents’ well-being.
