Roche Diagnostics (Suzhou) Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of global diagnostics leader Roche, recently gave a thank-you banner to SIP Bureau of Commerce, expressing sincere appreciation for its sustained, comprehensive support.

The company spoke highly of the bureau’s innovative measures for business support, citing the joint supervision mechanism that bureau has adopted in collaboration with other authorities to facilitate import of high-risk, special items for biotechnology research and development.
“The mechanism has significantly streamlined administrative approval procedures and improved processing efficiency,” said an executive of the company.


“We remain firmly committed to prioritizing businesses’ needs and tackling their most pressing challenges,” said an official at the bureau.
So far, 14 enterprises, including Roche Diagnostics (Suzhou), have piloted operations under the mechanism, with 988 batches of products assessed.
In addition, the bureau has unveiled a 19-measure work plan to give businesses all-around support.
