The Songbei Siji apartment project, the third market-oriented centralized rental community under Hengtai Star Room, a brand of SIP Hengtai Rental Housing Co Ltd, is set to come into service in August.

The project, with a land area of about 30,000 square meters and a total floor area of 120,000 square meters, will offer 850 rental housing units to accommodate about 2,000 dwellers.

The project, located near the Hanqingqiao Station of Suzhou Metro Line 6, boasts elaborate space planning, intelligent security system, and move-in ready apartments with home appliances and furniture.

An over-4,000-square-meter business district is under planning to meet the tenants’ needs for daily necessities and recreation.
